Architect Carlo Calma and builder JP Calma are continuously making waves in the architecture and real estate industry. Their latest project The Monument + Film Archive Museum has recently been featured in Inquirer’s latest lifestyle article.

Targeted to complete in 2022, this prime project is close to the family’s roots since the base is an 80-year old ancestral home. It will be transformed into the Film Archive Museum, which is fitting for a house that had location shoots from films by Fernando Poe Jr and Niño Muhlach back in the day.
The museum is perfect as it is close to major TV networks, GMA and ABS-CBN, creative studios and a buzzing restaurant and bar strip.
On top will house The Monument, where 22 residential units will be built and a couple of luxurious penthouse apartments. Some suites will have panoramic views of the Sierra Made Mountain range, Arayat and Pinatubo mountains.
